1970 Ford Torino Cobra
This 1970 Ford Torino cobra was the lucky recipient of a rotisserie restoration, with only 831 miles since the completion. This Cobra was purchased from Jacky Jones, who is known for owning some of the most collectible fords to exist. This is on of only 2,131 Cobra's produced in 1970 with the 429 Cobra Jet Ram Air mated to a Four-Speed Close ratio manual transmission and documented with the MART REPORT!
Ordered on 10/03/1969 and was Bucked and scheduled for build on 10/31/1969 Halloween Day! It was built on 11/04/1969 and sold new from Lonnie Russell Ford Inc on 12/11/1969. This Cobra is finished in a stunning color combination of Vermilion exterior and Black interior. This is a "J" code 429 Cobra Jet Ram Air that is mated to a close ratio Top Loader four speed manual transmission with a nine inch rear end. There is power steering, power disc brakes, bucket seats, center console, Hurst shifter, factory gauges, factory ribbon tachometer, magnum 500 wheels and the factory am radio. The paint is show like quality with a deep shine and a mirror like finish. All of the chrome and trim are in amazing condition as well. this Cobra runs straight down the road with authority and demands attention wherever it goes!
